These terms of purchase apply to HJ Marine Consulting. By making a booking, the customer accepts these terms.

Service content
HJ Marine Consulting AB offers guided tours in Bomarsund.
Guidance is provided via Åland Museum’s OnSpot technology.
The tours last approximately 45 minutes from jetty to jetty.
All necessary safety equipment is included in the price. No additional services (e.g. food or drinks) are included in the tour.
Booking and payment
Booking and payment are made via our website.
Payment is handled electronically through Paytrail.
A booking is only valid after the payment has been approved and completed.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact information when booking.
Prices and discounts
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Child prices apply up to 12 years. From 12 years of age, adult prices apply.
Any discounts and promotions are listed on our website.
Cancelled tours
In the event of a tour being cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen events, a rebooking or refund is offered.
Delivery of booking confirmation
After payment has been made, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the confirmation has been received.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation
Cancellation no later than 7 days before the tour will result in a full refund.
If cancelled later than 7 days, no refund will be given.
Complaints
The customer can submit complaints no later than 14 days after the tour.
We strive to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for being on site at the stated departure time.
Alcohol and smoking on board are prohibited.
The crew has the right to refuse boarding to persons who are deemed to be under the influence or pose a safety risk.
Limitation of liability and Force Majeure
HJ Marine consulting Ab is not responsible for delays or canceled tours due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for personal belongings or damage caused by the customer’s own actions.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes are primarily resolved through dialogue between the parties.
If a solution cannot be reached, the customer can turn to the courts in Åland.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
